Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.

Life Coaching

Life coaching is a collaborative and client-centered approach to personal development and goal achievement. Life coaches work with individuals to help them identify their values, strengths, and goals, and then support them in creating actionable plans to achieve those goals. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on addressing past traumas or emotional difficulties, life coaching primarily focuses on the present and future, helping clients overcome obstacles and maximize their potential in various areas of life.

Organizational Consultation: Providing consultation to organizations on how to create mentally healthy work environments, improve employee morale and engagement, reduce burnout, and enhance productivity.

Private Practice Development: Offering consulting services to therapists who are starting or growing their private practices. This could include guidance on marketing strategies, practice management, client retention, and ethical considerations.

Biopsychosocial Assessment

A biopsychosocial assessment helps counselors, social workers and other behavioral health professionals learn about their clients on multiple levels and better understand their subjective viewpoint. As a result, biopsychosocial assessments enable therapists to diagnose and effectively treat their clients.

We provide ongoing group therapy to provide interested individuals with another format for treatment.  Unlike individual counseling, group therapy brings several clients together who have similar concerns and through the guidance of a clinical therapist, create a healing and supportive environment.

Typical groups include: anger management, grief/bereavement.
