Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.
Inclusive Therapy Club provides ongoing group therapy to provide interested individuals with another format for treatment. Unlike individual counseling, group therapy brings several clients together who have similar concerns and through the guidance of a clinical therapist, create a healing and supportive environment.
Typical groups include: anger management, grief/bereavement and substance use support.

Biopsychosocial Assessment
A biopsychosocial assessment helps counselors, social workers and other behavioral health professionals learn about their clients on multiple levels and better understand their subjective viewpoint. As a result, biopsychosocial assessments enable therapists to diagnose and effectively treat their clients.
